WhiteMatter Consulting, Inc. is a small, woman- and minority-owned company founded by Dorothy M. K. Whiteford; a 17-year business development professional. We provide proven business development support services by leveraging industry standards, best practices, and lessons learned to help your company increase growth effectively and efficiently.
We are developing a business development plan that includes various scaleable, flexible, and repeatable processes for all phases of the business development life cycle. The structured processes outlined in the plan can be tailored and applied to existing company processes to reduce cost, increase quality, enhance customer service, and accelerate innovation. Our plan adopts the Business Development Institute’s Business Development Capability Maturity Model (BD-CMM®) as a framework and is augmented by Shipley Associates’ methodologies as well as personal experience.
